About the Application Guide for Retrieving the Deposit and Withdrawal Tag (Tag/Memo)
Why do I need to fill in the tag, namely Tag or Memo?
"Label" or "Remarks" is an additional address function necessary to identify the recipient of a transaction other than the wallet address. When some digital assets such as BIB, XEM, XLM, XRP, KAVA, LUNA, ATOM, BAND, EOS, etc. correspond to digital currencies, you must enter the corresponding remark Tag or Memo information in order to transfer effectively.
To put it simply, when you Deposit certain tag coins to BIB through a specific block, you need to fill in the corresponding tag or Memo to successfully Deposit.
Under what circumstances can I make a self-service application to retrieve the forgotten or mistaken Memo transfer?
Please note that only transfers with unfilled or incorrectly filled tags to the BIB account are supported for self-service retrieval of the corresponding assets.
If you enter the wrong address or wrong Memo or Tag for withdrawal, BIB will not be able to assist you in recovering your assets. We recommend that you contact the other party's platform. In some cases, you may lose your assets.

In some cases, because the tag you filled in by mistake happens to belong to a user, your assets may have been transferred to the user's account. In this case, please forgive us for not being able to provide further assistance. Since asset retrieval involves a large amount of manpower investment, we will charge a certain percentage of the handling fee, which is generally 5 times the transfer fee of the currency. If the remaining amount of the asset you applied for after deducting the handling fee is less than the minimum withdrawal amount, we will not be able to help you retrieve it. Please refer to here for transfer fee and minimum withdrawal amount.
