In order to optimize platform performance and user experience, BIB Exchange will undergo a system upgrade starting December 29, 2022 15:00 (UTC+8). The upgrade is expected to last about 2 hours, in which deposit and withdrawal services of the related currencies on both App and Web platforms will be temporarily suspended as a means to ensure utmost asset security. The affected currencies are as follows:

ETH, USDT-ERC20, ETC

As an effort to prevent users from mistakenly depositing or withdrawing the mentioned currencies during the upgrade, the deposit and withdrawal options of these currencies will temporarily be hidden until the upgrade is completed. Please monitor closely to your orders and positions beforehand and take related actions if needed to avoid any unnecessary losses. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
