This Affiliate Program Agreement uses of the electronic platform of BIB Exchange, including BIB website, mobile application and any other services provided through the platform for accessing the Affiliates Program.

1. Definition of terms

1.1 The terms "affiliate" and "you" refer to the affiliate program participants.

1.2 "BIB,” "we,” "us,” and "our" refer to the operators of the BIB platform.

1.3 "Affiliate Link" means a unique link assigned by BIB to the Affiliate for use by the Affiliate to direct third parties to the Platform so that they can become our potential customers.

1.4 "Affiliate Code" refers to the code assigned to an Agent, which the Prospect and the BIB can use to identify the connection between the Client and that affiliate.

1.5 "Affiliate Credentials" refers to user identification, passwords, PINs, tokens, and any other information provided to the affiliate to access the Affiliate Program.

1.6 "Commission" refers to a rebate or any amount earned by the affiliate under the affiliate Program.

"Platform" refers to the BIB Trading Platform, including BIB.com and any of our related websites, application programming interfaces, and mobile applications.

2. How to join the affiliate program?

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program.

2.2 You need to reside in a jurisdiction that does not restrict you from using, holding, buying, selling, trading, or participating in cryptocurrencies.

2.3 When you successfully invite required valid new users, you will upgrade to become a BIB Exchange affiliate and enjoy all referral commissions.

A new user is considered a valid new user when any following conditions are met.

2.3.1 The invitee has successfully received the fiat or crypto deposit bonus.

2.3.2 The invitee has accumulated a valid trading volume of required amounts (excluding 0 rate currency trading volume).

2.4 Notwithstanding any provision of these terms and conditions, our company has the absolute and sole right to interpret and decide whether or not to accept that you may become an affiliate.

3. Obligations and Restrictions

3.1 Approval

3.1.1 As a Key Opinion Leader, use your best efforts to promote, recommend, or introduce the business of the BIB Platform. You may promote, recommend or introduce business on the BIB Platform in your way, so long as it does not violate this Agreement, any of your obligations to us, any of your obligations to third parties, or any laws that may apply to you.

3.2 Disapproval

3.2.1 bid on any search engine that refers to "BIB", its associated domain names (including any derivative thereof or misspellings), or any keywords containing those terms.

3.2.2 Use any of our domain names as your display URL.

3.2.3 Engage in activities that we believe are harmful to our customers or us.

3.2.4 Make any false, inaccurate, or misleading statements about us or the Platform.

3.2.5 Represent or imply that you or your actions are part of our business, other than your participation in the Agency Program.

3.2.6 Engage in any unsolicited email (spam) or indiscriminate advertising.

3.2.7 Advocate, promote, or encourage any violence or other forms of violence or discrimination against any person or group of persons.

3.2.8 Create or include pornography or other sexual or adult material content.

3.2.9 Express or imply that your content represents or reflects our views, opinions, or recommendations.

3.2.10 Make any representations or promises regarding the rate of return, risk, or success of using the Platform or any of our products or services.

3.2.11 Engage in or be involved in any fraudulent trading activity (such as fraud and dumping schemes)

3.2.12 Engage in any deceptive practices, directly or indirectly, to induce third parties to access referral links.

4. What is the sub-affiliate?

Affiliates can configure sub-affiliates to help promote the referral link and allocate the commission to the sub-affiliates.

4.1 Sub-affiliate needs to register for a BIB Exchange account.

4.2 The affiliate link of the sub-affiliate can only be set and modified by the affiliate.

4.3 Sub-affiliate can view their promotion data by logging into the affiliate program page.

5. Distribution mechanism of sub-affiliate and invitee

BIB Exchange agents are free to allocate their commissions to sub-affiliates and invitees, with the percentage adjustment range of 0%-20% for allocating to invitees and 0%-40% for allocating to sub-affiliates. The commission percentage for spot and derivatives is calculated separately.

6. Limitations on the commissions

The settlement of commissions and rebates is based on the actual commission generated by the invitee's transaction. If the counterparty has negative rates, it will be calculated based on the generated net commission.

However, the affiliate will not receive a rebate if the invitee has the following situations.

6.1 The invitee trades in a 0 fee currency.

6.2 The invitee uses the commission card to offset the fees.

6.3 The invitee has a special rate or is a VIP3 or higher-level user of BIB Exchange.

7. How can I view my commission data?

The Affiliate Program page supports the export of commission data for all invitee trading statements within the selected time frame. The time frame is up to one year, and historical data can be exported up to the day before that time. Each BIB exchange affiliate can export data up to 30 times monthly, and the exported data can be downloaded within 15 days from the moment it was generated.

8. Other cancellations of affiliate commissions

8.1 To prevent users from entering phishing websites, the commission will be terminated if they jump through third-party web pages or social accounts similar to BIB. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

8.1.1 Jumping through pages that resemble the home page of the BIB website or pages with extensive BIB logos or content throughout.

8.1.2 Jumping through pages similar to the official BIB social media accounts, including and not limited to Twitter, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, etc.

8.1.3 Jump directly to the BIB Exchange homepage through an unofficial URL.

8.2 Bidding by placing ads for BIB brand terms in search engines such as Google, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo, Naver, etc.

8.3 Self-inviting behavior by any user through multiple accounts is not allowed, and all commissions will be canceled once they are detected.

9. Additional derivative affiliate Rules

9.1 All BIB derivative affiliates are eligible to participate in the bonus program by default.

9.2 Bonuses will be paid directly to each affiliate's BIB derivative account with USDT, and affiliates eligible for bonuses will also be provided with relevant referral data.

9.3 Only the cost of 0-2 level VIP referrals will count towards the bonus requirement, the cost incurred for VIP referrals above level 2 will not be included in the bonus.

9.4 The monthly calculation cycle runs from 00:00 am on the first day to 11:59 pm UTC+8 on the last day of the month.

9.5 BIB may adjust the rate of the Affiliate Bonus at any time and reserves the right to adapt the relevant bonus system after the adjustment.

9.6 BIB does not allow users to self-invite through multiple accounts and will cancel all incentives or close the accounts in the case of detection.

9.7 BIB may change the terms and rights of the associated Rewards Program based on market changes, risk of fraud, or any other factors that BIB deems relevant.

9.8 Brokerage accounts cannot participate in any BIB contract affiliate program.

9.9 Affiliates must pass a quarterly evaluation to receive the bonus. The minimum criteria are to invite three new traders (registered and traded at least once) and reach a minimum volume of 16 bitcoins or more.

9.10 Derivative account affiliates must abide by the terms of BIB Company. If BIB determines that an affiliate has violated BIB's affiliation terms, then that affiliate will be demoted or disqualified. The commission rate will be reduced to 20% for spot and 20% for derivatives and is not eligible for monthly bonuses.

10. Compensation and Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you shall indemnify and hold harmless BIB and BIB officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and representatives against all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs, including attorneys' fees and court, costs out of your acts or omissions.

10.2 Unless otherwise provided by law, in no event shall either party be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits. This limitation of liability shall not apply to a party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, whether in action in contract, tort, or otherwise.
